Easy Roasted Peaches And Orange Whipped Greek Yogurt Crostini Recipe 

Today's roasted peaches with Greek yoghurt crostini are simpler than it sounds. I know the title is long despite my efforts to shorten it.   

– ⅓ cup Greek yogurt – 6 oz cream cheese – zest of one orange – ⅓ cup sugar – Pinch ground nutmeg – Pinch ground cinnamon – 3 peache – 3 tbsp orange juice



Blend Greek yoghurt, cream cheese, orange zest, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a food processor.  


Put whipped Greek yoghurt in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until use. Start with a 425-degree oven.  


Mix peaches and orange juice in a bowl. Lightly pat the peaches dry and lay them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.   


Bake 20–25 minutes at 425°F. Spread whipped Greek yoghurt generously on toasted crostini/French baguette slices.  


Sprinkle chopped pecans and two baked peach slices on top. A little honey on each crostini. Enjoy!
