Easy Churro Chip Super Recipe 

Cinnamon-sugar churro chips are easy to create. Only 5 minutes and a few items are needed. Use pita or tortillas.  

– 2 Pita bread pockets or tortillas  – Extra virgin olive oil – ¼ cup granulated white sugar – 2 to 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon



Sharply cut pita bread in half from the seam on a cutting board. Single-ply tortillas or flatbreads don't need splitting.  


Cook ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil in a medium pan on medium-high heat until it shimmers.   


Add pita or tortilla triangles. Fry until one side is medium brown, then flip the chips for a few seconds.  


Line a big plate with paper towels. Place the cooked chips on the dish and drain them briefly over paper towels.  


Dust the chips with sugar and ground cinnamon while they're still nice and hot. Have fun!
