Best How To Grill Watermelon Recipe 

Aleppo chilli pepper flakes and honey-lime sauce make this luscious grilled watermelon recipe amazing.   

– 1 small personal-sized watermelon – ¼ cup honey – 2 limes, zested and juiced – 2 teaspoons Aleppo pepper – blocks of creamy feta for serving



Heat an outdoor gas grill, indoor griddle, or cast iron grill to high. To put the melon flat on your cutting surface, wash and clip the ends.   


Quarter the melon after cutting it in half. Slicing into ½-inch triangles with the rind on.  


A single layer of melon wedges or triangles on the hot grill. Grill at high direct heat for 2–3 minutes per side to get grill marks.  


Blend honey, lime juice, and Aleppo pepper flakes in a small microwave-safe bowl.  


Mix with a spoon and microwave for a few seconds. Display grilled watermelon.
