Baklava Ice Cream Sundae Recipe Step by Step Guide 

It takes less time than homemade baklava to make this Baklava Ice Cream Sundae. Flaky phyllo, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon-scented pistachios, and walnuts.  

– ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil – 4-6 sheets phyllo dough – ½ cup crushed walnut – ½ cup crushed pistachio – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1 tablespoon brown sugar – 1 large tub vanilla ice cream – ½ cup honey warmed

Ingredient

Cook ¼ cup of oil in a saucepan over medium heat until it shimmers. Turn the phyllo in the hot oil until crispy and golden brown on both sides.

To drain oil, use tongs to transfer crispy phyllo to a large paper towel-lined dish.

Add walnuts, pistachios, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a small bowl. Add some crispy phyllo to four tiny serving cups.

Add one scoop of ice cream, a tablespoon of nut mixture, and warmed honey.

Repeat the process with more crispy phyllo, ice cream, almonds, and honey if desired. Now serve.
